Ruben Mouangue was trained in University of Yaounde 1 (Cameroon) and University of Poitiers (France) on “Laboratoire de Combustion et de Détonique, Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d’Aérotechnique”. He is a Founder member and vice coordinator of Camerounian Combustion Group (CCG), and Coordinator and founder of the Laboratory of Combustion and Green Technologies. He is Member of the Expert Committee on Energy and Environment Technologies, of the National Committee for Technologies Development (CNDT) of MINRESI (Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation). He was Participated in several national and international conferences, workshops, seminars and technical  visits  in  the  following  countries:  Cameroon, France,  Germany,  Belgium,  Italy,  Algeria,  Ghana, Burkina Faso and Central African Republic. He is co-author of 30 good indexing scientific publications and co-author of 02 books proceedings. He has already co-supervised 07 PhD theses from Cameroonians (02), Chad (01) Central African Republic (04).

Actually, he is the first Director of the National Higher Polytechnic School of Douala Cameroon.
